Created as an intergrated addition to the DelegateManager event registration system, LeadGeneration is a web app for capturing potential contacts during event networking, to follow up on post-event. Using the DelegateManager branding, I established the user flows involved in completing the task of capturing contact leads, analysed existing apps and some flaws in their systems that users had reviewed, and used this information to come up with an efficient interface design which was then tested on a focus group. The feedback resulted in some further tweaks and I followed up its first real-life event appearance, with a quick feedback survey to guage its reception and discover if any users has encountered unprecidented issues with the product. The app was well received and is now a part of the DelegateManager product offering.
