User research and design for a competitive new airline website

As part of my dipolma in User Experience Design, I was required to carry out a complete UX process, by conducting user research on current airline booking websites, analysing this research, preparing and presenting the results, establishing areas of competitive advantage, designing a website that solved all user issues discovered, creating an interactive prototype, re-testing the prototype and then creating a wireframe that could be handed to a development team.
