The brief was to create a website that could be used during team training, to teach 4 sections of customer experience service, to Heineken employees. The website was designed to be viewed by teams and their leaders, each section featuring informative videos, followed by a quiz that needed to be finished before progressing, ending in a survey for completion. Staff were required to finish the modules and provide feedback, encouraging them to engage with the program and remember what they had learnt. It also ensured consistency across multiple offices throughout the UK, encouraging staff to think about the experiences of the customer within Heineken businesses and pubs.
When working on this project, it was important to consider the user flow and how staff members would be navigating through the site.
